Ingredients:
- 1 head of iceberg lettuce chopped
- 1 carrot shredded
- 1 can of white beans (drained and rinsed)
- ¼ red onion shaved
- 4 white asparagus marinated
- 1 can drained tuna (drained)
- ¼ lb sliced prosciutto
- 1 tomato quartered
- 2 soft boiled eggs quartered
Dressing:
- ¼ c red wine vinegar
- ½ c olive oil
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions:
On a large plate, arrange all of the following ingredients and top with olive oil, vinegar, and a little salt and pepper. You can let your guests pour their own olive oil and vinegar as well.
