The best markets are those which have tons of traffic. I suggest always getting there at 7. But for the serious shopper looking for the best deal try 6:30. If you are one of those who wants to buy a piece of fruit or a vegetable fora snack or dinner, you have the ability to go when ever you please. Happy shopping.

My favorite market is the one just across from the Arclight in Hollywood on Sundays. Crazy crowd but great selection.
