Roasted Peppers and Garlic
Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp chopped parsley
- 3 garlic cloves chopped
- 2 Red Bell Peppers (roasted, peeled, and thinly sliced)
- ¼ cup good olive oil
- Salt and Pepper to taste
Mix all ingredients and let it marinate for an hour. Serve with an antipasto plate.
